I loved this movie so much. Sandra Bullock is vintage. She has is on her game. Melissa McCarthy is as funny as wants to be. I actually find this movie to be one of, if not, the best film Melissa has been in. The plot is a fresh take on the unlikely buddy cop genre.( Imo.) And they just knock it out the park. And you can never go wrong when a Boston family get together. Go into this with an open mind. If you aren't a fan of either of these ladies, you may dislike this on default. I recommend it for sure.

I read the reviews like everyone else and decided to give this a go....I will agree on the side of it being a "waste of time". I felt the movie lacked intelligence and relied heavily on insulting, raunchy humor. The bar scene was totally unnecessary to showing us anything relevant about the characters and dragged the movie painfully on. I'm not a"fan" of either of these actresses and this movie did nothing to change my mind.
