영화 정보

This Extended adventure follows Bilbo Baggins, who is swept into an epic quest to reclaim Erebor with the help of Gandalf the Grey and 13 Dwarves led by the legendary warrior, Thorin Oakenshield. Their journey will take them through treacherous lands swarming with Goblins, Orcs and deadly Wargs, as well as a mysterious and sinister figure known only as the Necromancer.
Although their goal lies to the East and the wastelands of the Lonely Mountain, first they must escape the Goblin tunnels, where Bilbo meets the creature that will change his life forever...Gollum.
Here, alone with Gollum, on the shores of an underground lake, the unassuming Bilbo Baggins not only discovers depths of ingenuity and courage, he also gains possession of Gollum's "precious" ring that holds unexpected and useful qualities...A simple, gold ring that is tied to the fate of all Middle-earth in ways Bilbo cannot begin to know.

How could anyone say this is a good movie!? Peter Jackson did such a good job consolidating LOTR while staying true to the trilogy and then completely screws up this very small book. He decided to stretch it into three movies (terrible idea!) so there no reason he couldn't at LEAST stay accurate to the story!

Great book was taken and made into something much different. If you've read the book its almost lol hilarious how much peter changed the book for these movies. Its like hes trying to connect this somehow to lotr, although the hobbit is an entirely different tale. Recommend for someone who hasnt read the book Dont recommend if youre looking for a true hobbit tale of adventure; just read the book if you are.

The Hobbit wasn't that long of a story and I dearly miss the more childlike wonder of the story over the more "mature" Lord of the Rings. Magnificent actors saddled with terrible fanfic of the screenwriters/director/editors. Everything seems like a thin veneer of parts of The Hobbit stretched over a terrible story cobbled out of scraps from the Lord of the Rings. So terribly disappointed.
