They lost me on this one. The Hobbit did not need to be three movies and this proves it. Bloated, contrived and filled with so much fan service, it can barely be seen as an adaptation from the book. I was on board during the An Unexpected Journey, but they lost me with all the extra bs they kept adding in. Do yourself a favor, read the book or turn your brain to off...it's the only way to enjoy it

Loved this film for the battles. Too many people compare this trilogy to LOTR which is unfair because it's a different story. Loved the hobbit trilogy.
