About this movie

The Hooligan Factory tells the story of Danny (Jason Maza) who wants something more from life. Expelled from school and living in his grandfather's flat, he longs to live up to the image of his estranged father "Danny Senior". Meanwhile legendary football hooligan "Dexter" (Nick Nevern) is about to be released from ShowerShank prison and is on a quest of his own, one of vengeance against his nemesis and rival firm leader "The Baron". But when Danny's and Dexter's paths cross they embark on a journey as old as hooliganism itself. The Hooligan Factory is a hilarious take on the football hooligan genre, you've seen Footsoldier, you've seen Football Factory and you saw Green Street but you have never seen anything like this.

A lot of people slate this film, the answer is for two simple reasons you to have watch The Firm, The Football Factory and Rise Of The FootSoldier to really get what’s going on here. Once you have watched the three mentioned this film will be seen in a totally different light. It won’t win a Oscar, the story line we seen before but there are some really good silly moments and humour in this film. Please don’t let the reviews put you off if you like a easy watch comedy where you don’t have to think to much, this is for you. If you want a plot with a winters scene and a robin sat on a snow covered tree branch with a cast of over paid A listers, stay clear.

Very clever with some great lines. About time there was a spoof hooligan film. Brilliant.
