A magical adventure for the whole family following a young orphaned boy who joins his uncle on a quest to discover the source of a mysterious ticking within the walls of their enchanted house.

Ratings and reviews

Great for smaller kids but not enough there for a family film. It contains some of the lowest toilet humour you can get away with in a PG film. It feels like a sertern actor interfered with what might have been an OK script.

Lack of chemistry between all the characters, bad acting, especially the kid always overacting and being over the top, didn't enjoy the film.

best family film ive seen in a long time,definately worth a watch,think i enjoyed it more than the bairn.
