In this subversive satire, a group of elites gather for the very first time at a remote Manor House to hunt ordinary Americans for sport. But the elites' master plan is about to be derailed because one of The Hunted, Crystal (Betty Gilpin, GLOW), knows The Hunters' game better than they do. She turns the tables on the killers, picking them off one by one as she makes her way toward the mysterious woman (two-time OscarÂŪ winner Hilary Swank) at the center of it all.

This was supposed to be a thriller and all it did was make a joke out of Democrats and Replicans. I'm not a fan of the two party system myself but you don't see me making a multimillion dollar dumpster fire of a movie to bash on it (and not even in a funny way) do not give them your money. If you want this sort of thing done right go watch the purge.

Little short and pretty loaded. It's just a movie full of extremist, first grade name calling. On both sides. I know people on both sides of the isle that many things don't apply to in this movie. It's so charged. It makes both sides look bad while making them hate each other more. Nobody looks good. Yikes. The weird stories. Good actors that get killed or have 5 mins of screen time. Or seconds. It takes both sides and makes cartoons out of them. I don't even understand what I'm supposed to get from this. Betty Gilpin was good though? What a nightmare concept done poorly.

This was wholly disappointing. In between potentially amusing moments, it doesn't miss an opportunity to punch down or go for the lowest rung of humor. It's even more of a let down given how good some of the fight scenes, but it gets more cringe-inducing to have to suffer through the script to get to the very few good moments. At its essence, it's an alt-right version of Ready or Not, with the only redeeming part of this movie is that it ends.
