About this movie

For centuries, a secret society known as the Hunters have protected various supernatural items of myth and legend from those who might use them for evil. These same Hunters took the remains of an evil mirror, the very same Magic Mirror from the Snow White fairy tale, and hid it around the globe hundreds of years ago. Now, someone is reuniting the pieces of the mirror to capture its power, killing off the Huntsmen along the way. It is up to Paxton, Tripp and Dylan to search for the remaining pieces and stop the madman. Their journey takes them around the globe as they race against time to find the missing shards. Fairytale clues guide them on their way; Cinderella's glass slipper, dwarf mines and more.

Ratings and reviews

The story is good, but is held back by the directing, acting and editing. I'm not a movie pro, but it's noticeable that the filming is clipped together by a beginner. Several of the cast have been in bigger budget and more popular movies or TV shows but they are not acting to their ability. This tells me the were either not trying or being directed poorly. Certainly with a younger cast they haven't been acting long but that hasn't detracted from other movies. If this were a pilot TV show, it would be fine, but as a movie it's just kind of OK.

It is a bit cheesy but I thought it was great for a family night with a little one watching. We would like to see another one and have them find their lost.
