Besides featuring both legends, such as Georges St-Pierre, and up-and-comers in the sport the film covers the history of mixed martial arts fighting, from the coliseums of ancient Greece to modern day venues such as the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, all expertly narrated by Kevin Costner. Themes of injury both mental and physical are explored and the question is raised; is it worth it to sacrifice one's mind and body for sport?

Purchased this movie when it was on sale. After a few months it won't play and called customer service. After weeks of talking with them they told me they don't sell this movie. Explain that according to their website they do, but they said they will only give me credit for what I paid for it and told me to purchase the movie again. I paid $5 on sale and was told to buy it again for $15. Very Poor and unprofessional customer service.
