About this movie

From the creative minds behind the Toy Story films and Ratatouille comes this hilarious, action-packed animated adventure about a seemingly ordinary family with an incredible secret. Known to the world as superheroes Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl, Bob Parr and his wife Helen were among the world's greatest crime fighters, saving lives and battling evil on a daily basis. Fifteen years later, they have been forced to adopt civilian identities and retreat to the suburbs to live "normal" lives with their three kids, Violet, Dash and Jack-Jack. Itching to get back into action, Bob gets his chance when a mysterious communication summons him to a remote island for a top secret assignment. He soon discovers that it will take a super family effort to rescue the world from total destruction.

I wish Google would give an explanation as to why the word "Terminated" was removed from the scene where Mr. Incredible discovers Syndrome's plan. I think it is weird that Disney allowed that word but Google removes it yet they are selling movies like "IT" and American Horror Story. I do enjoy this movie though and its still a minor annoyance but would be nice if there was a reason why.

So... I find out that the reason for the alternate Kronos scene is because this is the European version of the movie... I wish I had known that before purchasing because the version I grew up on and loved (and is better) is the US version. Really, the scene looses a lot of it's effectiveness without the big "TERMINATED" on the screen.

The Incredibles is a great movie. Too bad its hampered by poor quality from Google with only 2.0 Stereo sound. Why in this day and age is this movie not in 5.1 surround?! Since its supported by MoviesAnywhere, I was able to watch in on an old Apple TV in 5.1. I also discovered that VUDU supports 5.1 audio. Come on Google, you can do better than this!
