After over one hundred years of service, The Yankee Pedlar Inn is shutting its doors for good. The last remaining employees, Claire and Luke, are determined to uncover proof of what many believe to be one of New England's most haunted hotels. As the Inn's final days draw near, odd guests check in as the pair of minimum wage ghost hunters begin to experience strange and alarming events that may ultimately cause them to be mere footnotes in the hotel's long unexplained history.

After seeing this film for the first time, I had to buy a copy because there is no getting "Getting it all" in just one viewing. I'm not dropping anything about the plot here, but if you're after lots of blood and guts this is not the film for you. This film builds on story, characters, bits of humor done on a human level and downright suspense and horror. I watch a lot of scary stuff but this movie I would dread watching by myself. It has every element of a "true" ghost situation going from a bit of fun, to horribly wrong and that's all I'm gonna' say. If you want a great suspence movie to watch with a friend, this is it....Five, (count 'em) stars!

Had a good story line, but Sara Paxton was Tha worst I've seen sorry... Now wasn't that bad but jus needed a better actress..

Great ghost story that depends on atmosphere and anticipation. If you are looking for gore and violence, this is not the movie. This movie invokes past classics like "Ghost Story" and "The Changeling".
