In “The Intern,” Ben Whittaker (Robert De Niro) is a 70-year-old widower who has discovered that retirement isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Seizing an opportunity to get back in the game,he becomes a senior intern at an online fashion site,founded and run by Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway).

Ratings and reviews

Unfortunately the trailer seemed to cover most of the funny parts. The plot was a bit thin on the ground and the characters were very stereo typed. Given the class of the two lead actors this film had so much potential.

Predictable and rambling film that doesn't actually seem to have a story other than some stuff happens and then it ends. Save yourself a couple of hours your life by not watching this banal rubbish

I'm not a big fan of girl movies. I am a big fan good De Nero acting (which is here) and casual puns about hipsters (also here.) Would not buy, but would recommend everyone rent.
