But when the strangely attached seller (Dennis Quaid) continues to infiltrate their lives, they begin to suspect that he has hidden motivations beyond a quick sale.

A pretty good movie, worth a watch if these are your kind of thing like they are mine,don’t expect too much and you’ll enjoy it, nothing new and predictable but pretty good
