The preview alone is astounding. This precode "talkie" inspired Howard Hughes to reshoot his previously silent movie "Hell's Angels" all over again to accommodate the then new sensation in SOUND. A MUST have for any and every film genuine student, collector and/or film buff. I first saw "A Jazz Singer" as a child, along with other filmic marvels in the days of double and even triple features, when black and white was on the cusp of being historical context. Highly recommened.

An entertainment out of the time.
