where are the english translations of the parts spoken in chinese!?! Yes, it is not totally necessary to understand what is going on. But there are some parts that really NEED the translation to understand the scene.

Read the book and save yourself the pleasures experienced by prisoners in Guantanamo Bay. It has all of the elements of a Viagra commercial, while being drawn out for hours. Every character looks like a Vegas hooker, enforcing the fact that the book is far superior.

Gentle, humorous, profoundly moving and acutely observant, this is a wonderful film that will resonate with almost anyone who watches it. It is more than a "woman's movie," although it is intensely emotional (genuinely so). The storytelling is colorful and absolutely fascinating. The costumes and cinematography are beautiful, the musical score is haunting and memorable, and the characters engaging and relatable. I have watched and rewatched this many times, always both laughing and crying. 💛💛👍👍
