The first-ever full-length theatrical LEGO movie follows Emmet an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person (the MasterBuilder) and the key to saving his LEGO world. Supongo que he tenido mis altibajos con esta película... pero aún así recomendaría esta película a cualquiera que sea fanático o haya jugado con LEGO. Honestamente, al principio pensé que sería una estrategia tonta solo para vender más juguetes y que esta película apestaría (porque realmente parecía tonta al principio), pero al final, después de verla al menos cinco veces, todo sobre esto ¡La película fue increíble, tal como dice la película! Puedo decir fácilmente que los personajes son mi parte menos favorita de esta película, pero siempre son lo suficientemente encantadores como para hacerme reír durante toda la película, la historia está contada de tal manera que la hace súper atractiva (como en un imaginación del niño), las imágenes son muy creativas (solo están hechas de LEGO), tiene un gran mensaje sobre ser especial (incluso si no te apetece), un gran mensaje político sobre cómo no causar destrucción a lo largo de un todo el planeta y fue dirigida por Phil Lord y Chris Miller, los muchachos que hicieron Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, que es una de mis películas favoritas de todos los tiempos. Además, "Everything is Awesome" tiene que ser una de mis nuevas canciones favoritas para escuchar hoy en día, ¡porque tiene que ser la mejor canción de cualquier película para escuchar! ¡Incluso diría que de todas las películas animadas de la década de 2010, esta tiene que ser mi favorita! mi opinión general

Literally a perfect movie. The characters are so rich and funny, even all the secondary ones. I loved the 80's space guy! The plot is such a great and original spin on the classic "hero's journey" and the message is both universal and personal. I think we've all felt like, well, basically every character and that's why it works so well! I love the creativity. I have watched this movie 3 times so far and every time it is better. One of my favorite movies in the history of all time. Super enjoyable, fast-paced, and touching. Really worth the watch (and re-watch).

I guess I've had my ups and downs with this movie...but I'd still highly recommend this movie to anyone who's a fan of or has played with LEGO's. I honestly thought at first that this would be a dumb strategy just to sell more toys and that this movie would suck (because it really did look dumb at first), but in the end, after watching it at least five times, everything about this movie was awesome, just as the movie says! I can easily say that the characters are my personal least favorite part about this movie, but they always are just charming enough to make me laugh throughout the whole movie, the story is told in such a way that makes it super engaging (like in a child's imagination), the visuals are highly creative (only being made out of LEGO's), it has a great message about being special (even if you don't feel like it), a great political message about how not to cause destruction throughout an entire planet and it was directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, the guys who made Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, which is one of my all-time favorite movies of all time. Plus, "Everything is Awesome" has to be one of my new favorite songs to listen to nowadays, because that has to be the best song from any movie to listen to! I would even say that out of all of the animated movies of the 2010's decade, this has to be my personal favorite! My overall opinion: 10/10!
