Successful, middle-class suburbanites Jeff and Mari Thompson (Oscar nominees and multiple Golden Globe winners George Segal and Natalie Wood) have the best of everything - including a stable, happy marriage. But when all their friends begin to split up, Mari and Jeff start to fret -- and seriously question the strength of their own union.
