When bizarre incidents follow the passing of science-fiction film scholar Forrest J Ackerman, the director's friend and mentor, there is physical evidence from an apparent "after death communication." A visit to the Chairman of the Chemistry Dept. of Indiana University leads to lab studies at New Jersey College and a scientific study with psychic mediums at University of Arizona, Tucson. Rather than explaining away the anomalous contact with the deceased, the evidence grows more complex and baffles all involved.
