Kern County Deputy Sheriff Joe “Deke” Deacon (Washington) is sent to Los Angeles for what should have been a quick evidence‐gathering assignment. Instead, he becomes embroiled in the search for a serial killer who is terrorizing the city. Leading the hunt, L.A. Sheriff Department Sergeant JimBaxter (Malik), impressed with Deke’s cop instincts, unofficially engages his help. But as they track the killer, Baxter is unaware that the investigation is dredging up echoes of Deke’s past, uncovering disturbing secrets that could threaten more than his case.

Balorazioak eta iritziak

Jared n denzel acting is good but rami acting is too flat and seems less proportion. The story for me is not too high intensity (which is unfortunate for it). I prefer 7even movie which is more criminals intense story.

Alur filmnya terlampau lambat. Ekspektasinya gabungan 3 aktor besar Danzel Washington, Rami Malek dan Jared Leto akan membawa drama/thriller yang menegangkan, tapi ternyata alurnya lebih ke drama ketimbang actionnya. Diawal cerita udah bagus, tapi ending ceritanya agak mengecewakan karena penyelesaian kasusnya berakhir segampang polisi nembak senjata ke warga sipil yang masih belum terbukti secara legal dinyatakan bersalah.
