Have owned the extended DVD version since release in the early 2000's, but did not bother upgrading to 1080p transfers. Can confirm that these new 4k transfers are legitimate. 4K UHD BluRay if you must have the best PQ, but for most everyone else (and me) these are likely a nice upgrade from your DVD or BluRay.
