The Lost World doesn't come close to matching the quality and magic of the first Jurassic Park film but it's far better than most give it credit for. If you're looking for a reason to see the dinosaurs (and Jeff Goldblum) again, then definitely watch this movie.

Still one of those good old Dino movies that have the right amount of teeth and drama to keep you hooked for 90 mins. As Jeff Goldblum makes a comeback to the Jurassic World franchise, this a good refresher movie to see his battle T-Rex in the jungles and the city

Is The Lost World as perfect as Jurassic Park? No. Is it bad? Far from it. This movie gets a lot of hate despite its fantastic special effects, direction, score and writing. There are some much more noticeable issues in this one compared to the first, but it actually feels like a continuation and expansion of the world from the first film (unlike the forgettable JP3). A must-watch for fans of the original, just don't expect a film as perfect as Jurassic Park.
