Your envisioned perception of "closure" is nothing but pure vengeance, of which you are not getting from this movie, or movies like this. This movie is about grief, it's about finding peace, and it's about how we need to stop having these disgusting killers get more screen time than the actual victims. Which many of you need to hear and which is why the killer is never caught, instead ends up dying alone, unknown, and forgotten, which should happen. If you want a movie where the girl gets saved, the man gets murdered, and there's vengeance. This is not the movie for you.

This is one of those movies that makes you really care about the characters. I cried a LOT during it, and I like movies that make me cry, as long as it ends well. The ending was just terrible! Susie cared more about kissing a boy than getting justice! When she was talking the boy at the end she could have told him about how her murderer was about tho roll her body into the sinkhole. I just really hate that Mr. Harvey didn't get killed or arrested for what he had done to all those girls.

Tears, anger, more tears and more anger and yet one of the best movies I've ever watched given the circumstances. Kinda like " The Call" I applaud both movies! Being a parent one of the worst feelings in the world is harm to your kids. What I appreciate in both movies is the fact that it warns abductors that parents, police and communities are fighting back. It also shows the shame one should have by being the abductor and the hopes that they could never sleep, think, or live a peaceful life.
