Paris. A choir master is found mysteriously murdered in a church, his eardrums blown out. Investigating is homicide Police Commander Lionel Kasdan, just-retired but desperate to come back to action. Kasdan teams with Interpol Captain Frank Salek, a short-tempered younger cop.
