If you like The Hunger Games, or even Insurgent and Divergent, this film, will be right up your street. It's absolutely epic. From minute 1 your eyes can't leave the screen, there's a mixture of feelings, with suspense and action being just two of them. Honestly you have to accept a few low ratings for this film because not everyone has the same feelings or taste. Trust me though, you will struggle to give me a better cast of fresh youthful actors, who actually surprise you of the quality they have. 10/10

It's a brilliantly made film and definitely worth a watch whether you've read the books or not. There were quite a few points that I was a bit disappointed about due to parts of the story line being different from the book but that's of course to be expected with a film adaptation. It's a shame that we didn't get to see some of the closeness in relationships amongst the characters though. For those confused about the ending you have to have watched or read the others to understand it.V enjoyable

Despite the basic storyline following the same plot, It differs quite a bit from the book. Having read it the little details like the appearance of the characters and creatures being different is really off putting for me and therefore I did not enjoy the film to its full potential. However, for someone that hasn't read the book I would imagine it would be quite enjoyable. Then again for me maybe its just because I had such a I solid image of what I wanted the characters to be like that I found it hard to embrase other interpretations
