Arthur Bishop (Jason Statham) is a 'mechanic' - an elite assassin with a strict code and unique talent for cleanly eliminating targets. It's a job that requires professional perfection and total detachment, and Bishop is the best in the business. But when his mentor and close friend Harry (Donald Sutherland) is murdered, Bishop is anything but detached. His next assignment is self-imposed - he wants those responsible dead. His mission grows complicated when Harry's son Steve (Ben Foster) approaches him with the same vengeful goal and a determination to learn Bishop's trade. Bishop has always acted alone but he can't turn his back on Harry's son. A methodical hit man takes an impulsive student deep into his world and a deadly mentorship is born. But while in pursuit of their ultimate mark, deceptions threaten to surface and those hired to fix problems become problems themselves.

If you are looking for something to watch where you don't have to give 100% of your attention to the plot. Then this is the action film for you. Statham does his usual dark and angry hard man witch at the moment, he's Hollywood's best actor for this kind of role. Overall I give this a solid 8/10.

Used to love his early movies eg the transporter. Now all his films are the same. They don't take a good idea and make it into a film, now they just build a film around Mr Stathams over inflated ego!

If you like Jason Statham in the Transporter films you'll probably enjoy this film too. It easy to watch and very entertaining even if it is like a bucket if sh*t from China. (ie not too far fetched then.)
