About this movie

In this quirky dark comedy inspired by a real-life story, astonishing revelations about a top-secret wing of the U.S. military come to light when a reporter encounters an enigmatic Special Forces operator on a mind-boggling mission. Reporter Bob Wilton (Ewan McGregor of ANGELS & DEMONS, MISS POTTER) is in search of his next big story when he encounters Lyn Cassady (Academy Award®-winner George Clooney), a shadowy figure who claims to be part of an experimental U.S. military unit with unparalleled psychic powers that can read the enemy's thoughts, pass through solid walls, and even kill a goat simply by staring at it. Intrigued by his new acquaintance's far-fetched stories, Bob impulsively decides to accompany Lyn on his search to find the program's founder, Bill Django (Academy Award®-nominee Jeff Bridges). The reporter is trapped in the middle of a grudge match when the pair runs into renegade psychic Larry Hooper (two-time Academy Award®-winner Kevin Spacey) and his personal militia of super soldiers. In order to survive this wild adventure, Bob will have to outwit an enemy he never thought possible.

Great unofficial prequel to Starwars Episode 1 the Phantom Menace. 5 Stars Because I am a Starwars kinda guy. This poked at Obi Wan becoming a Jedi. Watch this movie the same time you watch Starwars episode 1, both movies will become much more enjoyable.

The life I lived... This is the best movie ever and more real than you would imagine. Unfortunately, I never got to meet these guys, but understood it was quite an interesting experience.
