The Mend follows a mismatched yin-yang pair of NYC brothers (Josh Lucas and Stephen Plunkett) as they stagger dimly towards some understanding of love, women, masculinity and what it truly means to be a brother.

Awful screechy music accompanies sequence after sequence of pointless dialogues and ongoings of the main characters. I stopped it halfway through, but it was too late. this movie ruined my mood. It was neither quirky, nor smart, nor an astute observation of sibling dynamics. Seriously, just don't bother.
