Muppet domination continues with a hilarious new movie from Walt Disney Studios. While on vacation in Los Angeles, Walter, the world's biggest Muppet fan, his brother Gary, and friend Mary uncover the diabolical plot of a greedy oil millionaire to destroy the Muppet Theater. Now, the Muppet-loving trio must reunite Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and their friends to stage the greatest Muppet telethon ever and save their beloved theater.

Notes et avis

A straight-forward, no-surprises movie - but knowingly so. A fair bit of broad comedy, silliness and absurdism, but also lot of subtle jokes (musical and otherwise) that apparently go over the heads of some people. Liking this film means you probably had a happy childhood.

The muppets are back and even better than

Loving the muppets dearly does not give Jason Seigel permission to write an abomination of a screenplay.
