I did like it, however I really wish they showed LESS interviewing and more re-creations of events that were discussed in the interviews. The creators of this film could have really turned this into a great, scary, very popular movie. A lot of us out here LOVE stories that are creepy AND based on actual, true events, but when people are only talking about it, and not showing it, its pretty much a disappointment. That's how you felt after watching this, disappointed...

I also experienced this ....felt like i was paralyzed couldnt scream or open my mouth i heard lots weird noises and black shadow human figures also experienced another one ..thought i was standing everytthing around me was movin slow motion i was paralyzed head to toes was very scary and strange. Feels like im in another plane and i should not be there

I have only one past experience with sleep paralysis when I was about 5 years old, and kept it to myself. It was very much like the alien type figure the one man spoke. I now have to try to wake up several times because I am in alternate and awful universes. This film really helped me know that I am not alone in this struggle.
