ກ່ຽວກັບຮູບເງົານີ້

Jim Carrey reteams with his Batman Forever director, Joel Schumacher, for this dark psychological thriller, which revolves around a man who becomes haunted by the fact that he's reading a book about his own life . . . and that the book ends in his murder. The Number 23 is both the title of the film and the book within the film, and the number 23 is intertwined in the plot of the novel and, therefore, the man's real life.

I liked the movie and the plot and Jim was actually pretty good with this role. I just didn't feel very into the movie though, because as good as he played the role and as good as the plot was, it just isn't right. Jim should just stay in the comedy genre. He just seems off as a suspenseful actor. Good or bad, it isn't him. But it's worth watching a couple times.

This movie got bad ratings but its good, people disliked it because they were so used to see jim Carrey as a funny silly guy, once he tried something new it was buried with hate smh

Damn. Jim Carrey is the finest specimen of a man I have ever seen in this movie. He's got those sensitive, Disney-sized puppy-dog eyes but this time with dark, dirty, sexy motifs. Handcuffs, roleplaying, tying each other up? Mmmm mmm mmm. I bet Jim is even kinkier in real life. Ahem. Back to the movie: I was disappointed when I first saw this when it came out because I thought all the math to make random things appear like 23 was kinda silly, but I now see 23 everywhere... so watch out. It's a force for good, for calm, for me, so it's worked out well, but the number 911 makes me anxious. Fortunately, 23 shows up more often and in more places, especially in clocks, which makes the last line of this film clever, epic even. It's a smart movie, with a Sin City-new noir, family-feel. Yeah, I know. You'll see what I mean if you watch it.
