When a young nun at a cloistered abbey in Romania takes her own life, a priest (Demian Bichir) with a haunted past and a novitiate on the threshold of her final vows (Taissa Farmiga) are sent by the Vatican to investigate. Together they uncover the order’s unholy secret. Risking not only their lives but their faith and their very souls, they confront a malevolent force in the form of the same demonic nun that first terrorized audiences in “The Conjuring 2,” as the abbey becomes a horrific battleground between the living and the damned.

Wow I cant believe James Wan signed off on this. A lot of the scary scenes would have been perfect if there was a more strongly developed story. The dialogues are cheap, the poor research behind Church elements is laughable, and the jump scares are so many they cease to be scary. And what the hell is up with all the red lights shining through windows. Rotten Tomatoes ranked Conjuring 86 and gave this a 25. Hard to disagree.

This is the best film I ever watch valak was so creepy when he do the jumpscare they are so so good at acting I give 5 rates for this horror movie I like horror movies but not too really scary movie I like horror movie just for fun

This movie could be 94% true for me, as I study the history this movie the nun really believable and I like it so keep researching some ancient horror that our poor fathers choose to forget
