Then, one greaser dares cross the line to talk, and to dream of more, with a girl from across the tracks . . . an action that can only lead to conflict on a hot, steamy night.

This movie was a big part of my childhood. Loved every minute if it. Definitely recommend. I still have the DVD copy me and my sister watched. Will always be a cherished part of my collection. 🍒

It is beyond me why this movie does not have hundreds of five-star reviews. It is my life, I lived this very life myself. Every character in this movie, I had the same kind of person in my life. I literally read S. E Hinton's book, THE OUTSIDERS, in a Juvenile Institution. I was almost 18 years old, and had done six years of my life in institutions.

I LOVE THIS BOOK AND MOVIE SO MUCH IT WILL ALWAYS OWN MY HEART.
