Thông tin về bộ phim này

Alex (Adam Scott), Emily (Taylor Schilling) and their son, RJ have recently moved to Los Angeles’ Eastside from Seattle. Feeling lost in a new city, they are desperate to find their first new friends. After a chance meeting with Kurt (Jason Schwartzman) at the neighborhood park, they gladly agree to join him and his wife Charlotte (Judith Godrèche) for family pizza night at their home. But as the night goes on and the kids go to bed, the family “playdate” becomes increasingly more revealing and bizarre as the couples begin to open up.

i love Jason and Adam ...great actors and they showed their talent yet again, however the plot was not to my preference, which doesn't reflect them as acting. Just my opinion. The story was just a bit too preteen following the crowd not having a sense of self at a time in your life when you most certainly should. So perhaps is how so called adults now are....alot of peer pressure and manipulative behaviors which I dont enjoy in real life, haha. However I felt a little Cool Ethan present and that made me laugh. Also enjoyed hearing some Coconut Records.

...of course, I never am disappointed by performances from either Adam Scott or Jason Schwartzman. The film was funny & quirky, yet became "whimsically erotic"-something I was not expecting at all (I'm a straight guy & I thought the kissing between these guys were pretty hot). Great film as stated before, & I agree-if you're a total prude or too conservative, this film DEFINITELY isn't for you.

The characters were very well written and it tiptoed around BUT didn't fall into hackneyed or obvious tropes and plot points. This subject matter would've been incredibly easy to overdo and screw up, but Patrick Brice and the Duplass brothers executed it perfectly.
