When Pandora, an experimental weapon of mass destruction, is stolen from a secret base in the African desert, retired Secret Operations Commander John Lacy is called back into service to recover the dangerous weapon. Lacy traces it deep into the jungles of Colombia, where a drug cartel is preparing to demonstrate Pandora's horrifying power on a neighboring village.
