The Passion of The Christ focuses on the last twelve hours of Jesus of Nazareth's life. The film begins in the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus has gone to pray after sitting the Last Supper. Jesus must resist the temptations of Satan. Betrayed by Judas Iscariot, Jesus is then arrested and taken within the city walls of Jerusalem where leaders of the Pharisees confront him with accusations of blasphemy and his trial results in a condemnation to death.

Its a movie interpretation, its not the Gospel of Matthew, so oddly its falls awkwardly between the two. Worth watching once I guess, but with caution, remember, movie not Gospel. I would say Jesus of Nazareth was far more profound and managed the balance far more effectively!

Thank you Jesus that you shed every last drop of Blood for me. And thank you Blessed Mother that on the Feast of your Annunciation, your yes to the plan of Jesus Salvation has given me and the whole world a chance to experience eternal life. Sin holds a high price and JESUS CHRIST payed this in full .. what will wr each give back in the flesh with the free will to HATE we are to LOVE MORE and hate less.. we are to GIVE and take less. We are to be SLOW TO ANGER this keeps us with GOD and safe from DANGER . D ANGER . Defence is the in danger. Who see' s that SANTA AND SATAN IS THE SAME LETTERS JUST different ORDER??
