The discovery of a hidden family photograph sends Mae Morton (Issa Rae) on a quest for answers. The journey into her estranged mother's past exposes many secrets and ignites a powerful, unexpected romance with rising-star journalist Michael Block (Lakeith Stanfield). Award-winning writer-director Stella Meghie (The Weekend, Jean of the Joneses) tells a sweeping love story about forgiveness and finding the courage to seek the truth, no matter where it leads you.

The Photograph inspires me how much I wanna purse to becoming a photographer but with the years came by I want to become more as someone else, I have to become something else. I'm gifted with a lot of talents secretly I love to cook, write, act, sing/rap, creative design/draw, clean after myself anywhere I go, read novels/comics, and travel global. I'm an aspiring artist/actor still finding a path for a career to stay in the balance for the rest of my life and promise myself to never die alone without the love ones who's been looking after me since my childhood and even now in the present.

It was lack luster i saw it on it's opening day and people were walking out of the movie theater... it had nothing that kept you captivated it left you trying to figure out when is the story of their love going to begin ... im kinda upset because the preview was better than the movie and carona was going around i could've caught it messing around trying to watch this foolishness!

I loved every bit of this movie. I laughed, cried, and smiled at the tv the entire time. Ok,(hold your judements) if im being honest I watched it like 6 times in 48 hours. My heart melted with Mae and Michael's story because so many people fall apart because of a move but they didn't, and I hurt for Christina and Isaac because they were really in love and couldn't get it together so they could be together. Whew chile! Listen, I'm buying this and adding it to my top 3 love stories.
