Информация о фильме

Oscar winning star Jean Dujardin (The Artist) and Gilles Lellouche (Tell No One) star in a hilarious comedy exploring the triumphs and failures of male infidelity in all its desperate, absurd and wildly funny forms. From a sales conference hotel in the suburbs to a smart sex addiction clinic, from a swish Parisian nightclub to the glitzy meat market of Las Vegas, they launch themselves into the age old pursuit. Every time worn excuse is proffered; every trick in the book is played. The quest to get laid is on.

Witty and moving, honest and cynical, hope beats eternal in the lusting male heart, but the road to illicit pleasure is never an easy one... © 2011 JD PROD, BLACK DYNAMITE FILMS, MARS FILMS, M6 FILMS, COOL INDUSTRIE.

The number one thing you've got to know about this movie is it isn't one movie, it's several short ones. It's not obvious when one ends and another begins - I was a bit confused before I eventually worked it out. Of course, it would help if all the men in the film didn't look so similar (all slightly swarthy, slightly paunchy, somewhat stubbly, somewhat handsome and very French) but ever since they stopped signaling the 'baddies' from the 'goodies' by black and white hats, I've always had trouble telling film actors apart. The women are easier because at least they are either blonde (goodies/wives) or brunette (baddies/mistresses) but (like most films, certainly most French films) are all young (or young looking), slim with pert breasts that would easily pass the 'pencil test'. There's one fat one for comic effect and one with big bazookas to tell you 'prostitute'. While the eye candy may draw in the male viewers what they see is a reflection of themselves and it's not a pretty picture. But a honest, hilarious one (where a lot of the gags do translate). For its sharp insights, this film is a 'must see' for men and women alike. I'd say much more but I've run out of words
