I enjoyed the movie- partly for the nostalgic throwback to a bygone era. If I had watched the film 15 years ago, I would have believed the scenes more. Given the popularity of feminism in recent years, I feel that the content is biased towards female power struggles/triumph. Must say I didn't really see the "tough call" the Post had to make- telling the truth when the government did wrong, will rarely get into trouble.

Very interesting to know the role the press played in exposing US Government lies. Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks were, as always, wonderful

An intelligent film depicting a woman of quiet strength taking the reins of
a great news publication in a man's world. A story of great courage and
integrity in the face of bullying from a corrupt government. Great acting
and a realistic script. Timely viewing, methinks. :-)
