In this documentary sequel adapted from Yehuda Avner's personal view of Israeli Prime Ministers and Israeli politics, he depicts when Yitzhak Rabin was elected as Israel's first natively born Prime Minister. The tension between Rabin and President Jimmy Carter and Rabin's resignation due to a financial scandal involving his wife, Leah, are discussed. When Menachem Begin was surprisingly elected in 1977, Avner continued his streak of working for Prime Ministers. Avner recounts how tense relations arose between Begin and President Reagan in 1982. His subsequent careers in the United Kingdom and Australia are also mentioned.
