best martial arts fight video ive seen in a long time great realistic fight scenes even though you know better you get caught up in them and almost start thinking its real. the video editors played the music in perfect to keep the emotion going and the camera angles framed every scene with more than just two guys fighting. awesome props. some raw action/death scenes i couldnt even believe they managed to pack so many in. the movie picture makes it look like one of those low budget films but its not it definately was directed well. still cant get over the fight scenes it reminded me of tony jaa. worth the money just for the neck on the broken door lol

An absolutely stunning action movie from a Welsh director based in Indonesia. The movie does a great job of pacing itself, with its story interspersed with scenes of fluid, violent and jaw-dropping action. Unlike most other movies, the raid redemption showcases the relatively obscure martial art of pencak silat over traditional kung fu or muay thai , and to great effect. Definitely a movie worth watching for those craving action and don't mind a bit of over the top violence here and there.

Each action scene has some pretty amazing choreography and a good number of novel moves I haven't seen before (kicking the guy down to land on a back-breaking handrail was pretty intense; the neck landing on the broken door frame was pretty ridiculous as well). If you like the action in the trailer, you'll love the movie.
