Pretty darn good man-in-suit monster fx movie but lousy, nonsense plot ignores major elements from the Wes Craven original film, allowing star Louis Jordan as villian Arcane to return. Heather Locklear still looks "TJ Hooker" good in this, super blonde and super hot. The action is along the lines of 'The Power Rangers.' I think Swamp Thing looks awesome in this, detailed & colorful. I love watching him put the smackdown on Arcane's dumb guards and bizarre mutations👍

Date of movie is wrong! Not a 2018 movie, but released in 1989
