The Revolution Generation: How Millennials Can Save America and the World taught me where my generation stands in the grand scheme of history. While directors Josh and Rebecca Tickell - along with narrator Michelle Rodriguez - offer a range of reads on the sociopolitical movements of today, what I found most fascinating was the historical investigation into generational archetypes. The film determines we are the “Hero” generation. This film not only instills a sense of hope but also pride.

Directors Joshua Tickell and Rebecca Harrell Tickell did an incredible job with The Revolution Generation: How Millennials Can Save America and the World. Over the course of this film, I was amazed at how much I didn't know about millennials. The most interesting part of the film is how the Tickells are able to create a powerful dynamic between old and new information.

Rebecca and Josh Tickell’s The Revolution Generation: How Millennials Can Save America and the World is a bold, eloquent, and powerful documentary that examines generations throughout history, zooming in on baby boomers, gen x, and millennials in a nostalgic and progressive way. They highlight the passionate and driven nature of millennials that push them to become the “heroes” of our current era and build a better future. The unashamed tone of this film creates a lovable sense of pride.
