Terrible meandering mess. If you don't feel like killing yourself before, you might after. What a complete disaster of direction and a screenplay that treads water for 90 minutes. Run from The Runner.

It had an interesting message concerning corruption within politics, but ultimately was pretty drawn out and boring. Nicolas Cage did a good job, but the script/plot was just dull.

This was a horrible directed movie. It had no flow. Nothing was smooth. The premise could have made for a good movie!
