What a great documentary! I've loved the Wings since my first game at the Olympia in 1979 when I was 8 years old. There were some rough years before the Russian Five helped the Wings bring the Cup to Detroit. This film takes you through the Dead Thing era to the glory years, the heartbreak of losing Vladdy and SM to injury and then glory again. I cry every year when the Stanley Cup is presented to the winning team, but there has never been a tearjerker like that when the Wings skated around with Vladdy in 1998. I was there that night and it was a memory I will never forget. Thank you Red Wings, Stevie Y, the Illitch Family and The Russian Five for a lifetime of memories. This film captures it all!

Excellent. Well put together. Great interviews. Love the comic style animations. Even if you aren't a Red Wings or hockey fan it tells an amazing story that would peak anyone's interests.

Amazing documentary. It brought back so many memories of my childhood. Thank you to the creators of this and the people they interviewed for making this. I know a lot of us lifelong Red Wings fans truly appreciate this love letter to our team. The winged wheel will live on forever because of stories like these.
