Val Kilmer stars as a Danny Parker, a man in need of redemption. Paralyzed by fear, he was unable to stop the murder of his wife by the shores of the Sea and has sunk to the domain of crystal meth addicts. Now desperate to prove that he's not a coward, Parker will stop at nothing to avenge her death: The drug addicts have no idea he's a police informant--and the police don't know he's hell-bent on exacting revenge.
