Superstar comedian Tim Allen shines bright in Disney's magical, larger-than-life hit comedy The Santa Clause. On Christmas Eve, divorced dad Scott Calvin and his son discover Santa Claus has fallen off their roof. When Scott takes the reins of the magical sleigh, he finds he is now the new Santa and must convince a world of disbelievers, including himself.

The obvious problem with this movie is the narrating woman constantly talking throughout the movie. I am never going to watch this movie again, until this problem is fixed.

There’s a lady in the back round giving a disruption of the characters in the movie... also it does not download it says can’t download on this format.google should fix this or refund

Why the frick is descriptive audio permanently enabled on this thing? Completely ruins the movie, and I cant find a way to turn it off. I'll look for a solution a bit longer, but I see no setting for it, and may need to file a more formal complaint. Either to get my money back, or resolve the issue.
