Superstar comedian Tim Allen shines bright in Disney's magical, larger-than-life hit comedy The Santa Clause. On Christmas Eve, divorced dad Scott Calvin and his son discover Santa Claus has fallen off their roof. Why the frick is descriptive audio permanently enabled on this thing? Completely ruins the movie, and I cant find a way to turn it off. I'll look for a solution a bit longer, but I see no setting for it, and may need to file a more formal complaint. Either to get my money back, or resolve the issue.

One of my favorite movies but 2 weeks ago, a lady started narrating the movie. It is very distracting and I don't think I can ever watch it again with her voice there. Can you/I change that feature?

I love this movie. I am giving it a 3 star because its not 4k UHD as advertise. I would like to request a refund but google declined.
