Can someone help. I rented the movie, but when I click watch it kept going back to preview. advise please.

Good for leisure. And I think at least got the English, and Chinese subtitles. More the subtitle the better.

It used to be a all time great when my family and I sat in the living room and watch it. This movie will always be a all time great ❤️❤️❤️. Me and my mom enjoyed it the most
