Teenage siblings Ian and Claire Carlyle travel to Steeple Falls for the funeral of their beloved Grandpa Frank. As the small town prepares for its Halloween Festival, marking the legend of Zachariah Kull, Ian and Claire are startled to discover that ghosts really do exist! Worse, they learn that the angry spirit of Zachariah Kull won't allow their late grandfather's soul to rest. The siblings get some supernatural help from a trio of bumbling, yet well-meaning spirits called the Scream Team to help save their grandfather's spirit!

5 Stars for the movie, love the Disney Halloween Specials they are a Halloween tradition in our house. 1 Star for the fact that you can't download the actual digital copy of the movie You Purchased onto your computer. Bad move Google! I like to actually have some control over my digital copies or whats the point in purchasing it through you?

Good acting! Clean fun! Great for those who have small children or for the people who grew up with the good disney channel Movies!

Just at the end of an era where DCOM's were a very regular things.
