If you're a follower of Pedro Almodovar then you'll probably appreciate The Skin I live in (La piel que habito). Antonio Banderas did decently in the film, but I would adventure and say the plot is what makes this a unique watch. I consider the content to be very mild -- many directors could have easily made this a gorefest, which I believe stands far from the motif of this movie. The cinematography and music are both complimentary and very well done, however the acting left me desiring more. I'm a Almodovar fan so I recommend it if you are too. This movie is in Spanish, more concretely from Spain. If you don't understand this dialect I would suggest subtitles to facilitate the experience.

The concept of this movie is so interesting and somewhat haunting. However the way the story keeps jumping back and forth between past and present, jumping into stories without introduction, it made it quite hard to follow at first. Still, its worth a watch if youre trying to kill time.
