Disillusioned by her acting career and unable to escape the stressful demands of fame, Candy Black's life spirals out of control. When a judge orders her to serve a year in rehab, Candy hires her on set stand-in, Paula, to go in her place. Out early for good behavior and hungry for fame, the seemingly quiet and adoring Paula flips the script on Candy, stealing the actress’s identity, career and boyfriend!

Don't waste your money if you thought this was going to be a slapstick comedy. It's not despite being advertised as an "outrageous comedy", their words.....I may have liked it more of it weren't for the terrible description of the movie and me waiting for some sort of chuckle. You could tell by the end that the intention of the movie was to be more of a thinker and a heartfelt film of basically, The Grass isn't Always Greener on the Other Side.

I thought a "comedy" with Drew Barrymore was sure to be good. I'm not sure why Drew would tarnish her reputation with this movie, and whomever dubbed it as a comedy should be fired. Not funny. Not Drew's style. Horrible waste of money. Don't make the same mistake I did.

This was one of Drew Barrymore's worst movie ever made me and my entire family was totally 💯 dissatisfied and disappointed with this movie I paid 6.99 for this movie It wasn't worth 6 cents I am totally sorry I even rented it I would like to have a full refund for the purchase price.
